The prefilled note asks for the profile, disputed wording, replacement wording and a supporting source. We review documented corrections against the same published method.
Keep these four items together: the profile URL, exact claim, proposed wording and a public supporting source. A correction address will appear after the project mailbox is verified and actively monitored.
